Call for papers
Please submit a paper abstract (100-200 words) before July 31, 2019.
- Abstracts can be in English or Russian.
- An abstract should contain the paper title, problem statements, brief study results.
- An abstract should not includes tables, images, references, etc.
The Conference Committee will review the abstracts. The authors will be informed if the abstract is accepted, and will be requested to submit the short paper.
The short papers will be e-published as the Conference proceedings. The Proceedings will have an ISBN number. The Proceedings and every short paper (including the references) will be uploaded to the RSCI Russian Science Citation Index and will be available at the National Research e-Library (www.elibrary.ru).
The paper should include:
On the first line - the report title, lowercase letters (not capital).
On the second line - Surname, first name and patronymic (in full) to the report separated by commas (Rapporteur underlined).
On the third line - the name of the organization (company)/full or abbreviated name of an official form indicating the property/city.
Abstracts should be designed in PDF format
The volume of full abstracts from 2 to 4 pages (A4), Times New Roman font size 12 font and line spacing 1.15. Start a new paragraph - indent 0.7 cm. Abstracts may include illustrations.
Requirements for document fields: top - 2 cm bottom and right - 1.5 cm, left - 2.5 cm.
Formulas should be made in editor MS Equation Editor.
Abstracts will be included in the handouts of the conference on electronic media and be published on the conference website. By submitting abstracts, you confirm your agreement to the publication in a collection of abstracts of theses and publications on the event website www.maresedu.com.
Requirements for the abstacts
Working languages of the conference are Russian and English. Oral presentations within scientific sessions can take up to 20 minutes. Digital presentations must be prepared in the .PPT (. PPTX) or .PDF formats.
Requirements to performances
the poster presentations
Poster can be represented as a single large sheet of A1 size (594 x 841mm, portrait or landscape orientation) or A0 (841 x 1189 mm, only portrait orientation).
Each poster should include a title, names of the authors of the report, as well as the name of the organization.
